Rays of Hope for Children in Philadelphia
The Ray of Hope Project, based in Philadelphia, PA, was founded by Raymond Grant and Willard Bostock. This program aims to provide cleaner, safer, and healthier neighborhoods, alleys, playgrounds, recreation centers, and schools for residents living in Philadelphia.
Recently, The Ray of Hope Project held distribution events at local places of worship to pass out boxes of food for families in need of support, and the boxes also included toys for the children of those families.
Since the beginning of COVID-19, every child has been affected in some way. With the help of toys provided by Toys for Tots and distributed in partnership with Good360 and The Ray of Hope Project, children in the communities around Philadelphia felt early Christmas joy during these scary and uncertain times.
